Position Title: Treasury Management Support Level I
Department: eBanking – Treasury Management Support
Position Reports to: Treasury Management Support Manager / Treasury Management Support Lead
Position Supervises: No direct reports
Position Summary:
Responsible for basic knowledge of multiple system platforms to deliver access and service to all clients such as Business Internet Banking, Bill Pay, ACH Transactions, Wire Transfers, Mobile Banking, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, as well as other advanced services supported in the department. Must provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both internal and external. Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently and professionally by applying knowledge of products, services, applications, policies, and procedures. Utilize customer first characteristics when dealing with both internal and external customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Familiar with Premier Bank’s products, policies, and procedures, specifically applying to Treasury Management
- Responsible for completion of time-sensitive job duties
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to balance customer needs with bank policies and procedures
- Provide backup for basic functions on the Treasury Management team
- Promote and ensure that the customer service delivered is the highest quality
- Actively participate in the creation and execution of plans for team effectiveness
Confer with manager to clarify priorities, escalation processes and assignments - Effectively research and respond to customer emails
- Represent Premier Bank in a professional manner at all times
- Complete other duties as assigned
Education, Certification, License and Experience:
- High school graduate or equivalent; Financial, Business or Management related degree preferred
- Banking experience preferred
Skills and Knowledge:
- Must be a business professional with integrity, trustworthiness, and the ability to handle confidential information. Must possess the ability to respond to clients, both internally and externally in a timely manner. Possess strong organizational skills and be analytical and possess problem solving skills. Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook, with knowledge of QuickBooks and Quicken.
- Responsible for knowing and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, as detailed in policies that include but are not limited to Bank Secrecy Act and other applicable anti-money-laundering rules, NACHA, Fair Lending, Community Reinvestment Act, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and other laws and regulations as they pertain to the position
- Demonstrate aptitude and willingness to learn and implement new processes
- Ability to work with customers in difficult situations
- Basic knowledge of Treasury Management products and services, various client software programs, and ACH and Wire Transfer networks
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. Work is normally performed in a typical interior work environment which does not subject the employee to any hazardous or unpleasant elements.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to speak or hear, stand or sit for long periods of time, open filing cabinets, walk, stoop or bend, use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and complete tasks requiring manual dexterity. Ability to drive a vehicle for travel is required for the position.
