Treasury Relationship Manager - F&M Trust

WHO ARE WE?

F&M Trust, a community bank deeply rooted in South Central Pennsylvania, is expanding its financial footprint into Maryland. The bank, headquartered in Chambersburg, is adding a community office in Hagerstown to its 21 community offices in Pennsylvania. The West Washington Street office is in the heart of downtown Hagerstown, a city that is experiencing significant business investment and development in the Arts & Entertainment District. This position in the bank's newest growth market presents an exciting opportunity as it will be integral in establishing F&M Trust's presence in Maryland and ensuring the continued growth of the bank.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible for actively contributing to the efforts to grow treasury management services, commercial loans and noninterest income in order to increase bank profitability; fostering the bank's relationship management culture; achieving established sales and customer service goals; demonstrating a commitment to community involvement; attending training programs; and, performing clerical and miscellaneous duties

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

A high school diploma or equivalent with an emphasis in a business or accounting curriculum preferred. Holds the CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) certification or is committed to working towards obtaining it within 3 years of accepting the position.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Minimum five (5) years experience in related positions or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Previous experience with personal computers and office equipment also required.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Must possess strong oral communication skills (including excellent telephone etiquette); strong interpersonal skills (with sales/service orientation); strong math skills with high degree of accuracy; and, strong analytical skills. Must demonstrate a comfort level in talking to and calling on current and prospective customers in order to meet established sales and service goals. Must have the ability to deal tactfully and efficiently with fellow employees and customers. Must be able to work at pace that ensures that established deadlines are met. Must demonstrate proficiency in operating office equipment including teller machine, personal computer, calculator and fax machine.
