Treatment Coordinator - Choice Healthcare Services

Dental Treatment Coordinator for Ortho Department 

Bilingual in Spanish is preferred - Must have Dental Front office experience $1000.00 sign-on bonus 

Pay Range: $18.00 -$25.00  /hr (Based on experience) Plus Bonus  plan  where you can make up to $1200.00 per month

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 

• Collect and process payments 
• Understand dental insurance process
•  Follow up with authorizations back from Dental Insurance companies
• Schedules treatment appointments and recall appointments  for orthodontics
• Confirms treatment appointments  
• Checks patients in and out fro dental appointment
• Verifies eligibility with insurance
• Present Dental Orthodontic cases for treatment in regards for financial arrangements 

Education and/or Experience:  

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must have dental front office experience to be considered 

• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
