Duties & Responsibilities | â— Greet SBR trek guests as they arrive â— Provide information about Summit evening program, dining hall hours, store hours, etc. â— Facilitate evening activities in trek camp â— Maintain a clean, organized, inspected, neat, and safe work area â— Other duties or projects as assigned by SBR leadership â— Abide by policies and procedure outlined in the SBR staff handbook |
Qualifications & Training | â— 18 years of age or older â— Be familiar with or willing to learn SBR and Scouting program information â— Ability to use Microsoft Teams daily for work related communication and coordination â— Be or become a registered member of Scouting America |
Performance Results | â— Improves guest satisfaction during their Trek Base Camp experience â— Implement at least 3 improvements in Trek Base Camp |
Physical Requirements | â— Up to 10 hours a day of either standing, walking, hiking, and the ability to lift 70 lbs. â— Can pass the physical exam and approved for SBR height and weight requirements HERE |
