Trial Attorney at DM LAW SERVICES LLC

Excellent opportunity for an associate attorney with two to five years of experience in civil litigation, and insurance defense. We are looking for someone to fill a position in our insurance coverage section working for the head of the section. Preference will be given to candidates with appellate or federal court judicial clerkships.

Responsibilities include:

•             Complex research and analysis

•             Analysis of insurance policies

•             Preparation of coverage opinions

•             Preparation of appellate briefs, motions, and legal memoranda

•             Representing insurers in coverage lawsuits and first-party or Personal Injury  lawsuits

•             Practice involves state and federal cases

Requirements

•             Excellent writing skills.

•             Interest and willingness to focus on research into complicated legal issues.
•             Must be licensed to practice in Texas.
