We're not just looking for someone to come just push cases around. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented and is looking to maximize the value of their client's cases. We do not operate like most firms out there where you are expected to manage 500+ cases at once. Our emphasis is on quality, not quantity.
Compensation: $150,000-$400,000

Compensation:$150,000 - $400,000
Responsibilities:- Represent the client at hearings, trials, mediations, depositions, and litigation
- Perform research on case law and premises liability, and gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the case
- Investigate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly
- Review, modify, and draft motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, claims, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents
- Settle on the clients’ behalf when appropriate and negotiate reasonable agreements
- Supervise and delegate tasks to the team of legal assistants, personal injury paralegals, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretary
- Interview clients, supporting witnesses, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to collect information
- Record and update the status of all case files in the case management system
- 5+ trials under your belt
- Excellent writing skills
- Attention to detail
- Membership in the State Bar of Georgia and a state license to practice law
- Must be computer proficient
- A good understanding of personal injury law/tort law, medical terminology, and wrongful death
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, research, and communication skills are desired
- A bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree are required
