Qualifications and responsibilities for this Truss Plant Manager position include:

• Proven experience managing or supervising truss plant operations or serving as a project manager in truss manufacturing.
• Oversee production, scheduling, quality control, and safety across the plant.
• Manage and lead a team of employees, ensuring efficiency and high-quality output.
• Coordinate with various departments and third-party shippers to meet delivery schedules.
• Ensure equipment and materials are maintained to keep production running smoothly.
• Enforce safety regulations and industry compliance within the facility.
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous process improvement and optimization.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus monthly bonuses.
