Trusts & Estates Attorney - Offit Kurman

Offit Kurman is a growing full-service firm serving the private client market. We are currently seeking an Estate Planning Attorney to join our Estates and Trusts group in our New York office.

Required:

• Seven or more years of experience practicing trusts and estates law.
• Proven client relationship skills, including the ability to lead in-person client meetings.
• Licensed to practice law in New York.

Preferred:

• Proficiency in drafting both basic and sophisticated estate planning documents, with exposure to those incorporating estate and income tax planning, including irrevocable trusts.
• Experience catering to the planning needs of high-net-worth clients.
• Experience in administering probate estates.

Salary:

Expected salary could be between 150K-300K based on level of experience and if there is a small portable book. A portable book is not required.
