Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare guest rooms for evening turndown service
- Ensure beds are properly turned down and linens are refreshed
- Provide special amenities and touches to create a relaxing atmosphere
- Adjust lighting and ambiance for a peaceful and welcoming environment
- Arrange guest belongings and ensure rooms are organized
- Anticipate and fulfill guest requests promptly and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in guest rooms and work areas
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or guest services preferred
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating a luxurious guest experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Flexibility to work evening shifts and weekends
- Positive attitude and a friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
