Overview

Our client is searching for someone that knows these systems and has installed and administered them for the past 3-5 years. Someone who knows how to troubleshoot an issue and resolve it without escalating to an Amerisure engineer. Someone who knows how to upgrade the firmware and software (listed below) and has performed these duties in the past/present. Obviously, we would have some internal cross-training with this person to familiarize them with our systems and processes. They would also have access to all our tools, subscriptions, licenses, and technical support contracts.
