As a key member of our global time and attendance engineering team, you will design and develop custom mobile applications at Walmart's scale, integrating with highly complex distributed systems.Lead the design and development of mobile applications using React Native, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mobile solutions with time and attendance systems, serving a global workforce.Architect mobile solutions to solve large-scale problems, focusing on user experience and operational efficiency.Work with backend engineers, product managers, and UX/UI designers to ensure seamless integrations with distributed systems.Contribute to the global mobile engineering strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology standards.Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering growth and encouraging best practices within the team.Translate Figma, Wire frames into mobile solutions for IOS, Android operating systems creating design documents. Expertise in creating functional automation testing using Appium or other open source automation framework. Working knowledge in integrating analytics, Crashlytics and measuring CPU and battery utilizations for mobile application. Working knowledge of GraphQL, CI/CD, third-party libraries and APIs. Nice to have Backend experience in Java. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
