About Us: At UT Southwestern Faculty Club Catering, we are dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Catering Staff to join our team and help us create memorable events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service: Serve food to guests, facilitate seating, and provide beverages.
  
• Bartending: Small event bartender
  
• Long Hours: Long days with up with up to 12+ hours
  
• Clean Up: Remove tableware, linens, garbage, and furniture.
  
• Set Up & Break Down: Prepare chairs, tables, and buffet for events.
  
• Front Line Setup: Arrange equipment, plate ware, and smallware for effective service.
  
• Service Execution: Serve courses, clear dishware, and ensure guests' dining needs are met.
  
• Maintain Stations: Keep serving stations stocked throughout the event.
  
• Cleaning: Clean trays and tray stands for ready service.
  
• Guest Experience: Maintain guest tables and serving stations per client specifications.
  
• Team Support: Assist other catering staff to optimize the guests dining experience.
  
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and report any unsafe conditions.
  
• Closing Duties: Complete closing tasks accurately at the end of each event.
  

Qualifications:

• Valid TABC certification and Food Handlers permit.
  
• Valid Driver's License.
  
• Bilingual preferred.
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, 40+ hours per week.
