Responsibilities:

• Perform Ultrasound Procedures: Independently perform general, vascular, and/or cardiac ultrasound procedures with remote support.
• Preliminary Reports: Prepare preliminary reports for interpreting physician review.
• Patient Care: Assist patients from check-in to exam completion, providing compassionate and personalized service.
• Relationship Building: Act as a liaison for the practice, building strong relationships with patients, office staff, and medical providers.

Qualifications:

• Certification and Experience:
  • Hold a certification in at least one and have experience in at least two of the following registries:
    • General Ultrasound: ARDMS (AB), (OB/GYN), (BR) or ARRT - RT(RDMS)
    • Vascular Ultrasound: ARDMS RVT (VT), ARRT RT (VS), or CCI RVS
    • Echocardiography: ARDMS RDCS or CCI Client or RCS
  • Willingness to participate in training to become proficient in additional ultrasound procedures if not certified in all three areas.
  • Have at least 12 months of sonographer clinical experience.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Able to lift equipment and assist patients onto the exam table as needed.
