Overview
Chenega Naswik International, LLC has immediate openings for Unarmed Security Guard Supervisors to provide support in Mobile, Alabama.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
What You'll Get To Do:
- Supervise assigned personnel on shift.
- Perform random patrol of building interior/exterior/external grounds.
- Manage Access Control and Surveillance (entry/exit/inside/outside of building).
- Monitor personnel access (entry/exit), visitor control and screening.
- Monitor Security and Emergency Alarms.
- Monitor Closed-Circuit TV (CCTV) systems.
- Advise and report breaches of security hardware to include broken locks, doors, non-working cameras, communications radios, etc. to SAM Security Office.
- Maintain detailed, professional daily logs, incident reports & miscellaneous reporting and inspection support as required.
- Monitor and report suspicious activity.
- Conduct random screenings of individuals using handheld devices and walk through metal detector.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
- High school education or equivalent.
- Possess one (1) year of proven supervision of at least 10 personnel.
- At least three (3) years of unarmed security experience.
- Successfully be able to meet PAT physical agility standards.
- Successfully pass a medical examination.
- Certified to carry oleoresin capsicum (OC) spray.
- Possess a current Alabama Security Guard License with the State of Alabama.
Nice to have:
- Possess the ability to fluently speak, read, write, and understand the English language, to include reading, understanding, applying printed rules, and detailed instructions.
- Possess the ability to write clear, concise, and accurate reports.
- Possess the ability to meet and deal with the public.
- Must be able to work flexible hours.
- Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook.
- Knowledge of physical security and anti-terrorism/force protection for DoD.
