Arrow Construction is looking for a motivated and hard-working skilled Foreman with 2 or more years of experience with patch paving, wet/dry utility, and concrete restoration.

Arrow Construction is looking for a motivated and hard-working skilled Foreman with 2 or more years of experience with patch paving, wet/dry utility, and concrete restoration.
Job Description:
- All Qualified candidates must be able to manage their crew to work productively and enforce all safety regulations; prepare, and maintain accurate records (Timekeeping, PO receipts), communicate with management, customers, and vendors.
- Understands and follows verbal and written instructions.
- Communicates to Supervisor the site and crew needs; problem solver, strong organizational skills; ability to read plans & spec; and works well under pressure.
- Ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to established procedure.
Job Details:
- All qualified candidates must have a clean Valid California Driver's License.
- All applicants will be required to pass a drug, Pre-Employment physical, and background test.
