Take your nursing career to the next level! Join the Genesis clinical team as a Unit Assistant Director of Nursing. You will be responsible for the overall operations of patient care for your assigned Unit.
Position Highlights
· Collaborate with physicians, other medical professionals, and the interdisciplinary team within the unit to provide high quality care
· Ensure adequate staffing to provide quality care eliminating agency and overtime when possible to meet nursing center clinical and financial goals.
· Participates in the development, implementation and evaluation of quality improvement activities for the Center and/or unit
· Recruitment and professional development of unit nursing staff.

Restrictions apply based on collective bargaining agreements, applicable state law and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service.
Qualifications:
· Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
· Associate Degree in Nursing, 3 years of nursing experience.
· Diploma, 3 years of nursing experience. BSN, 2 years nursing experience.
· Successful nurse leadership experience (i.e. head nurse, supervisor, etc.) for a minimum of one year.
· Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the Center’s state.
· Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required by state.
