Unit Medical Director - Yale New Haven Health

Northeast Medical Group, Inc. seeks Unit Medical Director to work at Bridgeport Hospital in Bridgeport, CT. Will provide comprehensive care to hospitalized patients throughout admissions to discharge. Will interact with all members of the patient care team; provide primary care physician with summary of patient’s stay, including diagnosis, prescriptions & treatment; & participate in training of house-staff physicians, students, nurses & members of patient care team.

Min. Req.: M.D. or D.O. degree or certified foreign equivalent degree, valid CT physician license, completion of internal medicine residency training, and BE/BC in Internal Medicine, all prior to employment commencing.
