Your New Role: 

• Position: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner 

• Job Duration: Full Time/Permanent 

• Setting: Outpatient clinic psychiatric medicine  

• Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8-hour workdays 

• Experience: Must have California license and practicing experience as an NP; telemedicine experience is a plus 

• Patient Population: Underserved patients aged 5 years and older

In this Role: 

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at our healthcare facility in Fresno County, CA, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and managing psychiatric conditions for patients aged 5 and older in an outpatient setting. You will prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications, conduct psychiatric evaluations, and work closely with a team of healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care. Your work will significantly impact an underserved population, ensuring they receive the mental health support they need. No call responsibilities, and Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
