Position: Shipping Clerk 

Location: Irvine, CA 

Pay: $18 to $19/hour (depending on experience)  

Experience: 5 years of experience in a warehouse environment  

Education: High school diploma or GED 

Type: Full-time; Contract 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

HB Staffing is seeking a Shipping Clerk to join a growing and dynamic team!  

Job Description: 

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipping
• Use software to track, monitor, prioritize and route orders
• Organize all important documents such as shipping notices, bills of lading, etc.
• Direct the flow of packages from preparation to shipment
• Package outgoing orders for delivery according to common carrier requirements
• Complete logistical tasks and participate in meeting as needed
• Maintain, secure and arrange the storage of stock/pulling of stock
• Load and unload materials, check invoices, pull stock, operate material handling equipment and perform other warehouse delivery duties
