Salary: $140,000 - $155,000 per year

Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our dynamic urgent care team.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality care to patients with a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat patients with acute medical conditions
- Perform minor office procedures and suturing
- Interpret X-rays and EKGs
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records using Experity EMR
Qualifications:
- Current APP license (NP or PA) in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of experience in urgent care or emergency department setting
- Comfort with solo provider practice model
- Proficiency in X-ray and EKG interpretation
- Confidence in suturing (training available if needed)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience Preferred:
- 3-5+ years of experience in community health or settings with high patient volume and minor office procedures
Work Environment:
- Solo provider centers with support staff including registration clerk, 1-2 clinical professionals (LPN, RN), and allied health for lab support and transfers
- Average center size of 3-4 exam rooms
- Patient volume of 30+ patients per day (varies by center)
Schedule:
- True 3x12 hour shifts (8am-8pm)
- Every other weekend rotation
- Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas
- Time and a half pay for other holidays worked
