Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner position - KTE Services

Seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a full-time position at our Urgent Care Center in Newport News, Virginia. Collaborate closely with pediatricians to provide high-quality care to infants, children, and teenagers with common pediatric illnesses, minor injuries, and lacerations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for pediatric patients.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, perform minor procedures, and provide patient education.
• Document patient encounters accurately and maintain thorough medical records.

Qualifications:

• Current Virginia license as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:
