Employee Prerequisites:
- Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
- Advanced automotive sales management knowledge. Pay based on experience.
- Excellent of verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of automotive software is a bonus.
- Maintains well-groomed and professional appearance.
Job functions include but not limited to:
- Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of sales representatives. The Used Car Sales Manager demonstrates leadership by setting a clear vision and establishes annual and monthly objectives for used vehicle unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profits.
- Works directly with customers to develop enriching relationships to establish strong network of clientele and prospects. The Used Car Sales Manager leads the negotiation process ensuring customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing.
- Reviews market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs, and volume potential, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership. The Used Car Sales Director investigates business metrics to resolve shortfalls and implements action plans to elevate performance.
- Partner with General manager to plan and conduct vehicle inventory. The Used Car Sales Director is innovative in reducing cost and managing efficiency and profitability.
