Job Summary:
This versatile role is designed for an individual who will be utilized across both mechanical and electrical assembly teams, providing an opportunity to explore and excel in multiple areas of our manufacturing process. The Utility Technician will play a pivotal role in the assembly of LEL products, ensuring quality and efficiency while adhering to safety standards. This position is ideal for someone eager to develop a broad skill set in both mechanical and electrical disciplines within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Flexibly support both mechanical and electrical assembly processes based on daily production needs.
Maintain high standards of quality for LEL products, aligning with business standards and contributing to the success of the production team.
Collaborate effectively with the Electrical, Mechanical, and Fabrication teams to ensure seamless workflow and operational efficiency.
Follow safety procedures diligently, adhering to industry and company-specific safety standards while performing mechanical and electrical tasks.
Adapt to real-time production needs, showing flexibility to shift between tasks and teams as required, and taking on additional duties to meet business demands.

Proactive learning attitude, willing to engage in continuous improvement and skill development.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to integrate smoothly into multiple teams.

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and/or basic electrical knowledge.
