Job Description

Marine Travelift in Sturgeon Bay, WI is excited to be adding a full-time Utility Worker to our 1st shift team. As our Utility Worker, you will perform a range of manual labor tasks to support the shop floor operations. These tasks will include maintaining equipment, paint help and prep, light mechanical assembly, and ground maintenance.

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00AM-3:00PM; Friday 6:00AM-12:00PM (1/2 day Fridays)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of the shop floor including sweeping and trash removal
• Maintain exterior areas by picking up trash, moving empty pallets with a forklift, and light snow removal
• Provide general labor support to the assembly and paint teams as well as help in the Warehouse
• Maintain logs and records of tasks completed and report any issues that may arise
• All other duties and responsibilities that are assigned

• Have the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch for the entire shift
• Be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned
