Microsoft Power Platform Developer
Complete Description
*local candidates strongly preferred
*contract duration 6+ months
*candidate must come onsite to pick up laptop, NO exceptions
*candidate must attend ONSITE meetings whenever requested by management - will be notified in advance
Required:
1.5+ years of professional experience in the Microsoft Power Platform
2.ITIL experience: foundational knowledge and experience following Change Management and Service Management methodology
3.Experience with web applications, basic web design
4.Working knowledge of database/data modeling principles for application design
5.Proficiency configuring, customizing, and managing Dataverse:
a.Tables, columns, keys, and relationships
b.Forms, views, search, app site map, charts, and dashboards
c.Dataflows, calculated / roll up fields, and business rules
d.Background processes, real time workflows, and business process flows
6.Professional experience developing in 4 or more of the Power Platform technologies (specifically: Power Apps - Model Driven, Power Apps - Canvas Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate - Cloud flows, Power BI – Desktop & Publishing to Online, Power Query, AI Builder)
7.General knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform licensing, the API limits, and throttling limitations within Power Platform
8.Experience performing Solution upgrades between environments, including best practices
9.Familiarity of Active Directory and basic security protocols
10.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret helpdesk tickets and emails.

1.Expertise with Power Platform environment management:
a.Managing Security Roles, Column Security Profiles, Teams, Users, and Business Units
b.Environment settings, environment variables, working with the audit log
c.Backup and restore, duplicating, and resource management
d.SharePoint document management integration
2.Expertise exporting/importing Power Pages sites between environments
3.Proficiency with scripting languages and formats, such as PowerShell, JavaScript, Liquid Code, Fluent UI, HTML/CSS, JSON, and XML
4.UI/UX design
5.Familiarity with Azure B2B
