Role Summary/Purpose:
This role serves as the product owner for the CareCredit consumer self-service (CSS) platform as well as online and native app provider payments.
The CareCredit consumer self service platform is a web-based tool allowing consumers to learn about CareCredit products, apply for a credit card, and pay for healthcare services at hundreds of thousands of providers across the CareCredit network.
This self-guided experience makes it easy for healthcare providers to offer financing to patients before, during and after service. Back end data integrations also offer a truly seamless experience for the provider and patient to get the service they need‑‑ whether they are applying and paying in-office or from the comfort of their own home.
This role will lay out the product roadmap for continued application and revenue growth through analytics, user experience, functionality, and engagement.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills and a strong product management and Agile background working with cross functional teams; specifically, IT, Marketing, Sales, and Analytics. This individual will collaborate with the entire Product Management & Experience Team, and other strategic partners to deliver best in class mobile and digital consumer experiences.

Essential Responsibilities:
+ Product management for the consumer self service platform and payment portal
+ Product owner for three dedicated agile teams
+ Clarify business needs and translate requirements into UI/UX
+ Convert business requirements into technical stories and acceptance criteria in JIRA
+ Work with the appropriate teams to design, prioritize, build and test new features/functionality
+ Identify market needs and propose new functionality based on competitive research and sound analytics
+ Establish and manage relevant digital reporting and metrics
+ Understand consumer and digital marketing trends, consumer purchase cycles and best practices in UX and development
+ Interface with cross-functional departments including IT, analytics, marketing, sales, legal, compliance, training and enterprise product teams to define and track key performance indicators in support of digital and business objectives
+ Manage relationships and budgets with agencies and third party vendors
+ Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Qualifications/Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree OR in lieu of degree; high school diploma/GED and 11+ years of Digital Project and/or Product Management experience within the credit card, financial services, or healthcare industry.
+ 7+ years of Digital Project and/or Product Management experience
+ 2+ years of project management experience, preferably Agile / IT Project Management
Desired Characteristics:
+ Experience marketing financial services and/or healthcare products via digital channels
+ Training in scaled agile framework (SAFe) and/or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification
+ Demonstrated project and product management skills with strong attention to detail
+ Flexible, high energy, self-starter with an emphasis on action
+ Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with little supervision
+ Develop a vision for the product; insight into cross-functional impacts; and how the product must adapt and evolve to accommodate new financing options
+ Able to build consensus across cross functional teams and matrix organizations, strong communication skills
+ Familiarity and experience working with agile development teams, processes, and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
+ Familiarity with current digital design standards and user experiences
+ High PC proficiency (MS Office, Teams, PowerPoint, etc)
Grade/Level: 12
The salary range for this position is 110,000.00 - 185,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
Eligibility Requirements:
+ You must be 18 years or older
+ You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
+ You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
+ You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
+ New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
