About the role
First things first: you want to know what you're actually applying for. It's impossible to capture every nuance of a role – especially at a rapidly growing company like Mews – but if we had to distil it down to a job description (which we do because this is a job description), it would be this:
As the Head of Growth at Mews, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's acquisition strategy, investment thesis and growth tactics across multiple regions and segments. As we're investing more into acquisition, we're looking for a talented leader with a strong quantitative background, excellent technical skills, and sound business acumen. You will leverage data-driven insights, experiment-driven approaches and creative strategies to maximise acquisition and engagement across all marketing channels.
In partnership with the Marketing Leadership team, you will own the metrics across pipeline and conversion, and lead your team to drive the MQL, SQL, and opportunity pipeline targets. You will be responsible for measuring and guiding our multichannel spend by mastering attribution techniques. You will provide insights to both local and global Marketing teams to help optimise resources across channels while simultaneously driving significant growth.
A successful candidate will have proven experience thinking outside the box, optimising the ad and channel mix, identifying new channels for growth, crafting compelling advertising campaigns, and enhancing overall buyer experiences. This role will report directly to the CMO and be highly visible throughout the entire organisation, acting as a mentor, advisor and coach.
✅ Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
- Up-level all parts of growth operations, from investment forecasting to pipeline attribution.
- Define and meticulously track KPIs and performance metrics, swiftly iterating strategies to optimise campaign effectiveness and achieve pipeline goals.
- Drive efficiency in budget allocation and program performance by evaluating campaign ROI and adjusting tactics as necessary.
- Spearhead strategic initiatives to align our go-to-market approach, fostering collaboration across teams and establishing streamlined processes for maximum efficiency.
- Expand the influence and scope of the Growth, Digital and Web Marketing team, fostering a culture of discipline, best practices, and consistency to drive scalability.
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimise the prospect journey and accelerate prospects through the funnel.
- Experiment with new channels, tactics, and initiatives to drive scalable growth and maximise ROI.
- Analyse data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimisation.
- Prioritise and manage resources effectively to ensure the successful execution of multi-pronged growth programs.
- Communicate effectively and build trust with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to align growth efforts with business objectives.
- Build a high-performing growth team across all digital channels.

- Proven experience in a senior growth role, preferably in a fast-paced B2B technology environment.
- Strong operational and analytical skills with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of multichannel marketing, paid media, integrated campaigns, user acquisition and retention strategies.
- Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies for data analysis and growth optimisation.
- Experience building and developing high-performing web, digital, growth, operations, and/or demand generation teams.
