This newly created role is part of Spend and Benefits ECM Analytics team within the larger US Personal Banking Analytics organization
The Business Analytics Lead is responsible for driving business growth by leading strategic analytics for new benefits identification and development, and scaling adoption of Personal Financial Management (PFM) benefit, which includes FICO and ID Theft monitoring
The candidate will develop analytically driven strategies and recommendations to improve customer engagement & loyalty by optimizing digital funnel conversion and enrollments; and create forward looking forecast in partnership with Marketing, Product and Finance organization
Excellent communication skills are required to influence on large scale programs and effectively partner with a diverse group of stakeholders including senior leadership.Key Responsibilities: Partner with Benefit's Product team to develop Benefit strategy and new products to increase and deepen customer engagement to unlock future growth and revenue streams for the businessDevelop and articulate analytical framework to solve business objectives by identifying actionable insights based on advanced analysis of customer behaviorGrow product enrollment by reducing friction in digital journey and eliminating customer pain pointsDevelop digital testing program to refine and evaluate performance of upcoming benefits and PFM benefits programUtilize statistical and segmentation to develop targeting strategies and optimization framework to maximize the ROIRetrieve data and conduct data driven industry leading analytics utilizing various analytical tools, software, and techniquesArticulate P&L impacts through financial analyses, forecasting and tracking of programs KPIsEnd to end project management for developing strategy, building consensus with functional and senior stakeholders and implementing recommendationsBe accountable for audit and control requirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline is required (i.e., Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, and Operations Research)
Graduate degree is preferred.5+ years of experience in quantitative field, Consulting, or Financial/Credit Card industry preferredDemonstrated excellent ability to translate business questions into analytical framework to generate meaningful insightsMust have experience in drive to web strategies, A/B testing and Adobe analyticsStrong understanding of the consumer lending market, customer life cycle and P&LExcellent analytical, technical and/or statistical skills with proven ability to translate large volumes of data using SAS, SQL or Python/RIntense passion and curiosity to drive business outcomesAdept at building relationships and collaborate with people across all levels and cross functional teamsStrong written and verbal communication/presentation skillsEffective organizational skills and ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects ------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Decision Management------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Business Analysis------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:Wilmington Delaware United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$125,760.00 - $188,640.00In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards
