Job Summary:
The Vice President of Operations drives customer-centricity and profitability by leading business operations and supply chain transformation. This role requires strategic planning, leadership, and collaboration to achieve organizational goals.
What You'll Do:
* Lead end-to-end supply chain operations and operations team leadership
* Hire, train, and manage high-performing operational leadership teams
* Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and compliance with internal controls
* Develop and implement strategic operations plans and logistical processes
* Foster strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and key partners
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive growth
What You'll Bring:
* 10+ years of management experience
* 5+ years of supply chain or operations management experience - Prior experience in the electrical industry (preferred)
* Master's degree in supply chain or logistics management (preferred)
* Strong leadership, relationship management, and communication skills
* Ability to build and scale teams and systems
* Strong problem-solving, creativity, and critical thinking abilities
* Proficiency in recent technological applications
* Detail-oriented and self-organized with the ability to work under pressure
Physical Demand and Work Hours:
* This is a full-time position with a typical working schedule of Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with some overnight travel stay
* Ability to sit for extended periods while using a computer and performing deskwork.
* Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and handling documents
* Occasional standing, walking, and reaching during meetings and other work-related activities.
* Vision abilities required, including close vision and the ability to adjust focus for reviewing documents
Location: SLC, Utah
