Looking for Candidates who have the following skills / experience:
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to create a highly engaging and productive work environment.
- Data and metrics driven approach with experience structuring, tracking, and improving KPIs and metrics.
- Experience with SalesForce.com.
- Excellent sales and marketing skills and selling a service that would be comparable to the industry
- Strong track record in accurately forecasting/meeting projected sales and budgets.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Ability to influence at all levels of the organization – both office and field environment.
- travel to visit existing and potential customers and other relevant sales related activities.
- Bachelor's Degree highly preferred in a similarly focused area - i.e. Sales / Marketing
