Job DescriptionSummary: The Regional Vice President (RVP) oversees all sales and operational functions for the NorCal area, managing a team of 250-300 field staff. The RVP is responsible for achieving safety, productivity, quality control, and sales goals of $125M. This role involves strategic planning, managing large-scale operations, and maintaining key industry relationships. The RVP will also lead initiatives set by the Board of Directors, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Oversee regional teams to meet safety, productivity, and profit goals. Manage staff development, recruitment, and training.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute plans to enhance regional profitability and efficiency.
- Industry Relations: Maintain and build relationships with clients, contractors, and industry organizations. Represent the company at events.
- Project Oversight: Manage preconstruction, estimating, and sales teams to meet profit goals. Oversee compliance with legal and safety requirements.
- Process Improvement: Introduce and implement process improvements, ensuring quality assurance.
- Client Interaction: Lead sales pursuits, presentations, and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years in a senior leadership role within the electrical contracting industry, with a strong understanding of large-scale operations and profit management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Skills: Proficient in strategic planning, financial management, compliance, and negotiation. Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Other: Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, BlueBeam). Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to perform administrative tasks, travel as needed, and visit job sites under varying conditions.
