A high quality lighting manufacturer is looking to add a VP of Sales to their growing team!! The V.P. of Sales will report to the CEO and lead the Company’s global sales team, channel partners, business development, and marketing strategies. This executive will be responsible for leading aggressive sales growth while refining and executing the Company’s global sales strategy and tactical plans.

Job Details
A high quality lighting manufacturer is looking to add a VP of Sales to their growing team!! The V.P. of Sales will report to the CEO and lead the Company’s global sales team, channel partners, business development, and marketing strategies. This executive will be responsible for leading aggressive sales growth while refining and executing the Company’s global sales strategy and tactical plans.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the global sales organization, executing significant revenue acceleration strategies.
- Oversee business development and marketing strategies to maximize lead flow to the sales team and channel partners.
- Leverage market data, sales, and customer input to forecast markets and accounts to a monthly/quarterly plan.
- Identify gaps in bookings and develop countermeasures using data and customer input.
- Implement and execute agreed upon sales processes and workflows to benefit the sales team and company.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of national sales team management experience in the lighting industry; industrial lighting preferred.
- Undergraduate degree required; MBA preferred.
- Global sales/business experience with proven ability to manage channel conflict.
- Data-driven, using systems and controls to manage performance and identify obstacles to success; Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
- Strong coaching skills to support team growth.
- Proven track record of delivering profitable, fast-paced growth
