Job Description:
The Vice President of Sales is a strategic leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share for Executech Phoenix. This role entails developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, cultivating key client relationships, and building/leading a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a proven track record of driving sales success and building strong customer-centric cultures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Drive the development and execution of innovative sales programs and initiatives to differentiate Executech in the marketplace.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and executive leadership to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Establish and monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive accountability within the sales team.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the future sales team to drive performance excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in technology sales.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve exceptional results.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Thorough understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
