About the Company and Vacation Processor Opportunity:
- Our repeat client is a non profit in Baltimore City and has been around for well over 100 years.
- Due to growth, they are looking to bring on a Vacation Processor on a contract to hire basis. For the right candidate, this position will become permanent and can lead to growth opportunities within the organization.

- Schedule: 8:30am-5pm M-F. 100% in office in Baltimore city. Candidates must be local and have reliable transportation
- Reports to the Vacation Manager
- Pay: $20/hour
- Work with Vacation Manager and accounting team and employers to resolve member's employment discrepancies.
- Process vacation claims, port relief claims, converted overtime claims, follow up on unresolved issues, and prepare all related documents for imaging.
- Prepare error letters for all claims, advise member, Outports & Accounting Department.
- Provide telephone, email, and technical support when needed.
- Act as liaison between departments relative to programming and employment data in systems.
- Prepare weekly & monthly dues and PAF report.
- Maintain data & files for member contributions and other documents.
- Maintain child support orders, liens, garnishments, & other withholding allowance orders.
- Research & respond to employment verification requests.
- Print & mail member W2 records, upon request.
- Assist with the month end (and year end) closing process.
- Prepare the monthly check sequence report.
- Maintain a listing of voided vacation & port relief checks.
- Assist Vacation Manager with manual vacation changes, early returns, and MVs.

Qualifications for the Vacation Processor:
- Accounting, payroll, benefits, or admin experience required
- Experience working in the medical/healthcare field a plus, but not a required
- Basic Excel skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and comfortable being quick on your feet
- Able to retain information, see the big picture, strong customer service skills, and very meticulous attention to detail
