Job Details
- Lead venture finance transactions, M&A, and corporate governance matters
- Guide clients through startup/financing documents, including SAFEs, convertible notes, and NVCA models
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, manage diligence, and oversee transaction closings
- Advise clients on fund formation and other complex deal structures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver strategic advice to clients
Requirements:
- 4+ years of venture capital industry experience with demonstrated transaction leadership
- Advanced Excel skills (cap table management, exit modeling, etc.)
- Strong client communication skills and ability to work directly with clients
- Effective, proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset
- Bar membership in good standing
