RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must understand packaging processes & removal process in accordance with BMR record.
• Must check during Inspection check criteria of defected/good product for Inspection as specified in SOP.
• Responsible to follow all associate with cGMP requirement, Operation Procedure, Cleaning Procedure, Documentation and Safety.
• Responsible to take charge from previous shift co-worker.
• Must operate various packaging removal process equipment per procedure mentioned in the SOP/BMR/MBR.
• Must perform machine changeovers and area cleaning and set up as required.
• Must troubleshoot and make appropriate adjustments to maintain packaging & removal specification.
• Must perform duties through the proper and safe use of equipment according to Health & Safety procedures and Equipment operating procedure.
• Responsible for keeping area and equipment all time with status label.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma
• 3+ years of Machine Operator experience within the Pharmaceutical industry.
