Ideal Candidate

• Licensed veterinarian in good standing in California
• 3-5 years of clinical experience (prior Medical Director experience preferred)
• Strong clinical skills and sound medical judgment
• Passion for mentoring and developing Associate DVMs
• Exceptional communication and time-management skills
• Professional demeanor with exemplary decision-making abilities
