About the Job
The Vice President of Service is responsible for leading the service team to meet and exceed service / customer service goals. Hiring and developing members of their team. The VP of Service is responsible for developing customer service strategies and manages the overall performance of people and processes to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:

Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills, and/or abilities. Incumbent will be required to satisfactorily perform all essential functions of the job.
- Achieve 61% of Service Gross Profit Plans
- Maintain Parts Consumption at 10% of Service Revenue Contribution
- Maintain comprehensive recruiting plan
- Communicates Benchmarks for Gross Calls, Net Calls, Accountable Hours, Technician Efficiency and parts spending and insures they are met
- Effectively manages the field team leads to achieve the team’s operational benchmarks
- Sets equipment pricing guidelines.'
- Design and implement effective technician territories
- Ensures customer skills training for all service personnel takes place quarterly
- Administers monthly plan and reviews for all service technicians and insures timely appraisals of all direct reports
- Select, Train and Develop Service Managers
- Ensure the completion of two follow up inspections for each technician are completed each month
- Work seamlessly with the Sales, Operations and Financial Departments to ensure those department success
- Assist in the development of the company wide business plan
- Participates in self developmental activities to ensure continued personal development
- In all situations acts with the highest level of ethical behavior
Job Qualifications:
Experience/ Education: Senior service executives are likely to have risen through the ranks, gaining qualifications as well as front-line experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

- PC literate, including proficiency with company’s CRM/ software
