Key Responsibilities:

Creative Content Production: Produce high-quality, engaging video content for promotional materials, social media, and marketing campaigns. Collaboration on email marketing and web content.

Editing Expertise: Edit raw footage into polished videos, ensuring a seamless blend of visuals, audio, and effects.

Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives through visual storytelling, capturing the essence of our brand and client success stories.

Collaboration: Collaborate with the Director of Branding and sales team to understand project requirements and align video/web content with strategic objectives.

Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative tools to enhance video production quality and techniques.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2-4 years of professional video editing and content creation experience. A portfolio showcasing previous video editing projects is required.

Skills: Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. 3D modeling capabilities are a bonus. Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, creative editing techniques, graphic design, motion design, video design, sound design, and color correction. CSS/HTML email coding experience is a bonus, but not required.

Creativity: Innovative mindset with a keen eye for detail and creativity. Ability to transform ideas into visually appealing content.

Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and understand project requirements.

Positive Attitude: Energetic, positive, and self-motivated individual with a passion for creating impactful visual content.

Responsibilities

• As a Video Editor at Armstrong Steel, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging video content that highlights our innovative consumer products
• You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to develop and edit videos that capture the essence of our brand and resonate with our target audience.
• Video Editing: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-quality videos that align with the company's brand and messaging.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the Director of Branding and sales team to conceptualize and develop video content ideas that effectively promote our consumer products
• Post-Production: Manage post-production tasks, including color correction, sound editing, and visual effects to enhance video quality.
• Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives through video, ensuring that the message and story align with the company's marketing objectives.
• Quality Assurance: Review and ensure the quality of all video content, making necessary adjustments to meet high standards.
• Project Management: Organize and manage video assets, maintain a project timeline, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video editing and storytelling to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
