Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative with AO, your primary focus will be to:
Prospect and Build Relationships: Reach out to potential clients who have shown interest in life, health, and accident insurance.
Conduct Virtual Presentations: Use Zoom to connect with clients, assess their needs, and provide them with customized insurance solutions.
Close Sales: Utilize AO's proven sales system to convert leads into long-term clients.
Manage Your Territory: Take full ownership of your client base and sales territory, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Meet Sales Goals: Stay focused on achieving monthly and annual sales targets while providing outstanding service to your clients.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
Strong Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Self-Motivation: A strong work ethic and the drive to meet and exceed goals.
Positive Mindset & High Energy: You bring enthusiasm and energy to your work and maintain a positive attitude, even in the face of challenges.
Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with accuracy.
Ownership: You will take full responsibility for managing your clients and sales territory.
Basic Computer Skills: Ability to navigate multiple online platforms and conduct virtual meetings via Zoom.
Sales Experience: Experience in sales is a plus, but we are also happy to train the right candidate.
