The Business Department is seeking a temporary full-time visiting professor to teach undergraduate Sport Management courses starting January 10, 2025. Responsibilities include a 15-credit-hour teaching load and conducting course assessments. The position ends in May, at the conclusion of the Spring 2025 semester.
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
- A master's degree in Business, Sport Management, or a related field
- Experience in sport management, sales, sponsorship, licensing is preferred, along with strong communication, computer, and organizational skills.
- The ideal candidate is a team player with diverse teaching interests and knowledge of innovative learning technologies.
- Candidates must understand the differences between universities and small colleges and have a desire to work in a small, residential setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience at a small, residential campus as a student or faculty member is desirable.
Temporary housing may be available for relocation assistance.
