About the Job
We are seeking a Volunteer Support Coordinator for the Governance Department.
This full-time role is accountable for providing support to the Volunteer Support Manager and the Board Governance Process Manager in order to increase their effectiveness and enhance their probability of success. The position is responsible to assist the Volunteer Support Manager with various duties/processes to help fulfill their accountabilities in providing support to the Volunteers (Board Members, Supervisory Committee Members, and Associate Directors).
In addition, this role is accountable to assist the Board Governance Process Manager with various duties in providing support to the Headquarters Program Management Team for the Broadway Office Development Project. This individual is accountable for their own output, meeting expectations and adhering to policies, procedures and regulatory compliance.

Experience:
Preferred
- Moderate to general entry level administrative or clerical experience or experience in an equivalent position is acceptable
Education:
Required
- High School diploma or equivalent

- Excellent telephone skills
- Excellent computer skills and software knowledge
- High standards regarding accuracy and attention to detail

- Exceptional level of experience and proficiency in all Microsoft Office 2010 products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
