• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Days
• ACLS and PALS required
• Average of 10 cases per day
• General, healthy peds (2 yrs & above), spinal, neuro head & spine, vent mgmt., lines etc
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
