We are seeking a Medical Assistant or LPN to:
Join our UW Health dermatologists who diagnose and treat diseases of the skin, hair, nails and mucous membranes in a fast-paced clinic.
Provide hands-on assistance with procedures, including biopsies, excisions, and suture removals.
Deliver quality care in a compassionate and patient-family-centered environment..
Promote healthy lifestyles, wellness, and education.
Minimum Requirements:
Facility Requirement:
Traveler must have permanent address outside 50 mile radius of Madison (address must be included in traveler's profile).
Experience:
Traveler must have completed two years experience as Certified Medical Assistant or LPN.
Traveler must have prior travel experience.
Experience in administering vaccinations to pediatric patient population required.
Licensure and Certification:
Certified as CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification.
BLS must be certified through American Heart Association ONLY
Reference
Needs 2 completed references from recent work environment/assignments (supervisor or manager only for work experience in the last two years).
Floating
This position will float between clinics, so this person needs to be flexible to float to Park Street and Junction Medical Center on Junction Road. The traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple clinics, depending on the current staffing needs and/or different locations within the organization. During the traveler s assignment, if the primary clinic no longer has a need, shifts will be re-assigned to another clinic in order to complete contract.
Location: UW Health E Terrace Dr. Medical Center - 5249 E Terrace Dr., Madison, WI 53718 AND ability to float to our Park Street and Junction Road clinics.
Parking: Free onsite.
