We are seeking a Medical Assistant or LPN to:
Join our world-class team of doctors, nurses, and other health care professionals to provide everything from preventive health care to highly specialized programs.
Provide quality care in a compassionate and patient and family centered environment.
Prepare patients for examination, obtain vital signs, document chief complaint, medications, and allergies, and administer medications and treatments.
Promote healthy lifestyles, wellness, and education.
Minimum Requirements:
Facility Requirement:
Traveler must have permanent address outside 50 mile radius of Madison (permanent address must be included in traveler's profile including resume, *** portal, onboarding documents).
Experience:
Traveler must have completed two years experience as Certified Medical Assistant or LPN.
Traveler must have prior travel experience.
Experience in caring for pediatric patient population required (including infants). Please include this detail in the resume - when and where they worked with infant - pediatric population.
Licensure and Certification:
Certified as CMA, RMA, CCMA or LPN certification.
BLS must be certified through American Heart Association ONLY
Reference
Needs 2 completed references from recent work environment/assignments (supervisor or manager only for work experience in the last two years).
Floating
Travelers are the first to float to floors working based on the traveler's competency skills/experience. The Traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple units, depending on the current staffing needs and/or different locations within the organization. During the traveler s assignment, if the primary unit no longer has a need, shifts will be re-assigned to another unit in order to complete contract.
