WT Technician at Manpower

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a WT Technician to join their team. As a WT Technician, you will be part of the core manufacturing operations supporting the production of high precision gauges. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical ability, experience with small parts assembly, and a background in metrology lab environments.

Job Title: WT Technician

Location: Lawrenceville, GA

Pay Range: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Interpret MRP information and plan schedules to stage, load, and unload finished products and raw materials
• Stock and maintain cell inventory
• Make adjustments to production workflow as needed to adapt to schedule and material issues
• Create WT parts for High Precision Gauges
• Build sub-assemblies
• Build parts from BOM
• Maintain equipment and tooling
• Complete orders on time
• Join sub-assemblies to create gauges
• Compare gauges to reference standards
• Verify test results, print certificates, and create labels
• Pack gauges and prepare for shipping
• Interact with the Calibration Lab and assembly group
• Assist groups when time permits
• Perform ancillary duties as required

What's Needed?

• Associate degree in mechanical engineering or technical equivalent experience preferred
• 1-3 years of Manufacturing assembly experience with small parts
• High Level mechanical ability
• 1 year of calibration experience
• 1-3 years in metrology lab/ environment
• Experience using pressure systems
• Experience with high precision measurement equipment
