Warehouse Administrative Assistant - Singer Equipment Company

Overview:

The Warehouse administrative assistant is responsible for a variety of clerical tasks to aid management with the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

Assistant will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

• Outside carrier communications
• Aiding in the schedule of contract deliveries
• Clearly and efficiently communicate information to all levels within the organization
• Create P/T’s for Paterson contract orders
• Print all invoices for outbound deliveries
• Receive all P/O’s for contract divisions
• Print receiving labels & pallet identification labels
• Ensure all receiving photos of equipment is logged into our system with correct dates

Available to work a Monday- Friday; 8 am-5:00 pm schedule (lunch 12:30 to 1:30)

Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills (via calls and emails)
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook
• Ability to multi-task and detail oriented
• High School Diploma or GED required

Pay range is $19 - $24/hr
