Warehouse Lead

Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management
- Ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery of products
- Supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support as needed
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation
- Monitor and enforce compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity
- Utilize warehouse management system to track inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and generate reports
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
- Perform regular inspections of the warehouse to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
- Operate forklift or other materials handling equipment as necessary

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in warehouse management is a plus
- Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving processes, inventory control, and materials handling
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software applications
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on process improvement
- Ability to operate a forklift or other materials handling equipment safely
