Job Title: ICC Warehouse Lead - Weekend Night Shift
Job Description
- Act as a lead and coach to all material handlers
- Supervise 20+ associates
- Answer job-related questions as needed
- Hold associates accountable for their station, output, work ethic, attendance, dress code, etc.
- Assist in training associates
- Supervise and work within the stations of all other associates
- Delegate workload and hold the team accountable for performance metrics
- Operate efficiently to adhere to company standards

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in NA, Arizona.
Work Environment
Climate-controlled brand new DC. Schedule: Fri, Sat, Sun 7 PM - 7:30 AM (Paid for 40 hours even if working 36 hours). Will need to adhere to clocking in standards (3 minutes before start time, 3 minutes after start time is considered a tardy).
