Job Summary:
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing our Fabrication Warehouse as well as all deliveries, warehouse inventory and tooling.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage P&L.
- Forecast and manage staffing needs against forecast.
- Develop and manage internal orders, safety, quality, and tooling needs of the warehouse.
- Forecast Capex for all tooling needs.
- Coordinate deliverables with Operation teams.
- Develop VDC (CAD/BIM) program that supports installation needs.
- Manage schedules of installation via Gantt chart.
- Create and maintain tooling and inventory management.
- Develop effective national logistical delivery plan.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

- Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, and convey an appropriate professional image.

- Must possess proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read and write.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to develop job processes and best practices.
- Must be able to work at heights, off of a ladder and in confined spaces, lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 75 pounds.
- Regular attendance is mandatory.
Education, Certification, License, and Skill Requirements:
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Must possess a minimum of three (3) years supervisory or managerial experience.
- Must have general accounting knowledge.
- Must have general computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Must meet Company minimum driving standards.
- Experience in warehousing and inventory management.
